| Between Cannes and Nice, right by the sea, is the Marina Baie des Anges (the Bay of the Angels), part of the village of Villeneuve Loubet. Its impressive architecture can be seen for many miles around located, as it is, on the beach with its beautiful marina, cafes, shops and restaurants. |
 The
studio is on the 3rd floor (with an
elevator!) faces south and has an exceptional view over the boats in
the
marina, the sea and Baie des Anges. The railway station is across the
street
and bus and road services are close by. The apartment has a lock-up
garage if
you wish it. Tastefully decorated and furnished for two people, it has a fully equipped open-plan bar cum kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and a cosy dining corner… but you may spend most of your time on the terrace sunbathing or just enjoying the view and the life. You are almost on the beach - in the elevator, across the little park and in 1 minute you are there! Also available within the complex are tennis courts and a swimming pool. Along the Marina harbour, 1 minute away from the studio, you will find a string of boutiques, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy, in fact all you will need in a short walking distance. |

Nice Airport is ten minutes away as is the famous port of Antibes Nice and Cannes themselves are about twenty minutes by car. Monte Carlo is less than one hour's drive and the Italian boader takes another 30 minutes. However there are so many fasinaring hilltop villages close by such as St Paul de Vence, Tourrettes sur Loup, Cagnes sur Mer, Opio and Gourdon to name but a few. And there are many local events to see such as the Cannes Film Festival and Monte Carlo Grand Prix. |

Biot Fernand Léger Cagnes sur Mer Chateau Renoir Antibes Picasso Vallaurise Picasso also The historic town of Nice itself with its ancient Roman and Greek heritage is well worth a visit and, if you like horse racing why not visit the Hippodrome in Cagnes sur Mer. If you are interested in marine life visit Marineland close to Antibes and also right next door you can enjoy a 'Thalassotherapy' at Thalassoleil. |
